The C.T.E.T. Kickboxing program offers students an intense training environment focusing on stand up fighting skills.  Students experience
training in the following areas, Kicks, Punches, Knees, Elbows, Footwork, Combo's, Clinch Fighting Techniques and Sparring.  Students
also experience training with Mitt Drills (boxing), Thai Pad Drills (kickboxing), Kicking Shield Drills, Technique Training, Station Training and
Sparring.  
The hardest part of this training and the closest you can get to actual fighting without sparring is our thai pad workouts.  It is very tough
training and draws on your aerobic fitness.  Pad work will develop your footwork, the coordination between hands and feet, the sense of
where you are and the distance to the target.  Toughness as well as tactics can both be worked on when training on the pads.

C.T.E.T. Kickboxers not only train kickboxing but also train their bodies by performing several types of conditioning exercises, such as
jumping rope, tire jumping, ab workouts, shadow boxing (with and without weights), wall sits, shoulder rotations, and many more.    

This class is for all fitness levels, due to the fact that this is an individual activity, students of different fitness levels can work together for the
majority of our routines.

Female Self Defense Programs
The  Female Self Defense Programs are offered by special request only.  We suggest that you request at least two weeks in advance.  The
techniques taught in these programs are realistic and easy to perform.  To request a Female Self Defense Program for yourself or a group
