| C.T.E.T. Combative Tactics Exploration Training first opened in 2004 as part of an effort to train those who have the dedication to push themselves to the limits in the Combative Arts. Our program uses the techniques of muay thai, boxing and kickboxing while using military style training methods to ensure each individual is mentally ready to defend themselves. A common phrase we use is Train How You Fight, Fight How You Train, this means we are not waisting our time training useless techniques. Since Kickboxing is a sport and we train for both street and the ring, students will find themselves training both sport and street variations of a few techniques. This is to ensure each C.T.E.T. member has what it takes to defend themselves if ever needed. |
| Instructor Michael Shane Williams has been training in the Combative Arts since age 16. He has trained traditional style, Sport (MMA, Shoot-Fighting, Muay Thai, BJJ), and Reality Based (U.S. Army hand to hand, Defensive Tactics with the following U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Naval Security Forces, D.O.D. Police & Commando Krav Maga). He is a former member of a U.S. Army Combat Arms Rapid Deployment Unit. A veteran of Middle East Operations, former government security force member and former federal police officer. His goal is to install into his students the proper mind setting and skills needed to defend themselves. STEP INTO SHANE'S WORLD |
